Having suffered from post-natal depression with severe anxiety myself, I explored alternative ways to deal with my symptoms. Receiving so much help personally this compelled me to learn more. As a result I gained in qualifications in Reflexology, Bach Flower Remedies, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Reiki, Life Coaching, Nutrition, and many forms of massage.
I discovered the amazing benefits of Homeopathy more than 30 years ago. Having invested in a Homeopathic First Aid Kit and a book I started treating my family’s ailments at home. Looking up my family member’s symptoms i would give the most relevant remedy. Bruises faded, tummy bugs settled quickly and coughs stopped in their tracks. My husband stopped getting repeat bouts of tonsillitis! My kids never took endless rounds of antibiotics.
Years later, following some personal issues with IBS and hormone imbalances, I chose to see a professional homeopath. I was so impressed with the results that I opted to embark on a four year classical homeopathy course at Chichester University to become a qualified professional Homeopath.
As a classically trained Homeopath I follow the original principles and philosophy created by the founder Dr Samuel Hahnemann. I remain on my homeopathic journey extending my studies with ongoing post-graduate training.
